Front of House Wait Staff
About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists to join our Front of House team in our restaurant and tasting room in Anakie. You are a key ambassador of our brand and responsible for promoting our story, products, and passion for community, food, and wine to our guests. You will use your love for food, wine, and hosting to create an amazing and memorable dining experience for guests.
You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must! Ultimately, you should be able to ensure customer satisfaction and augment our establishment’s reputation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Show customers to their seats and present our variety of menu options
- Advise customers on the best food and drink choices and answer questions
- Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately
- Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
- Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
- Deliver checks and accept payment
- Work with other staff as a team
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
The restaurant is open for Friday dinner and weekend lunches as well as functions/events outside of these hours.
